At approximately 5:00 pm on Thursday August 12, 2016, a collision occurred in Costa Mesa near the Southbound Victoria exit causing major injuries and partial closure of the south 55 Freeway lanes.  Authorities continue to investigate how the Ford pick-up ended up on top of the Chevrolet Corvette, trapping one motorist inside.  Emergency crews worked on the freeway shoulder to free the trapped occupant who suffered from serious but non-life threatening injuries.  Two injured parties were transported to Orange County Global Medical Center.

A major collision can be a frightening and stressful experience for victims.  As the injured party should be focused and healing from their injuries, they are often bombarded with calls from insurance companies, mounting medical bills, and a car that needs to be repaired.  An experienced personal injury attorney can stop the calls, handle the insurance companies and ensure your car is being fixed so that you can focus on your recovery.  The attorneys and staff at Kalfayan Merjanian LLP understand traumatic and painful experience of vehicle collisions and are dedicated to getting our clients on the right track to recovery as soon as possible.  Our office has the resources and network to forward all costs and fees associated with your case including medical care; and we don’t get paid unless we win.  At Kalfayan Merjanian, we handle every part of your personal injury claim so you can focus on what is most important: getting better.
